Marc Morison has over 11 years of various mortgage lending experience as he has been a mortgage banker, a g broker, and an account executive for a large bank. As a Mortgage Planner with Charter Funding, Marc can provide many types of financing including VA, FHA, MFA, Conventional and Alternative Loan Programs. "The ability I have at this level to offer any available loan program in the market is a huge benefit to those borrowers I help and counsel. I can find the best program for their needs, and with local processing and underwriting, I can close their loans quickly."
To Marc, giving top quality customer service is the most important aspect of the loan process. "Communicating with all parties from beginning to end is what has made my reputation for excellent customer service second to none. Now don't get me wrong, knowledge of loan programs and guidelines are extremely important but as this market has changed so dramatically and rapidly in recent times, I find myself researching and reading countless updates. Marc has been in Albuquerque since 1992 and is very familiar with the area. He a was a Director on the Board of the New Mexico Association of Mortgage Brokers and is a current member of the New Mexico Lender's Association. Dean Ellison has been in the Mortgage Lending and Financial industry for over 12 years. He has done just about everything from Loan Processing to being a Mortgage Assistant. For the past 9 years, he has been a Mortgage Planner.
Dean's goal as your Mortgage Planner is to put you in the right program by finding out what your goals are. Dean wants to open the door of opportunity and financial comfort for you, not just close the loan. One of his mottos is "Knowledge is Power," as Dean is constantly seeking new information and ways to help you get the mortgage you need and deserve.
Although Dean was born in Hickory, North Carolina, he considers Albuquerque, New Mexico his home, as he has resided here for the past 32 years. Dean received mhis degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance in 1993 from New Mexico State University. Dean's hobbies include golf, softball, and a passion for the water.

Adam Ciepiela has been a Mortgage Planner for two years. Ciepiela has five years' experience in business and was the Pricing and Product Director at Sourcing Points Solutions. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, as well as the designation of XCO from Xinnix, the Mortgage Academy of Excellence.
